  • What type of Covid-19 tests do you offer?

    Got Germs offers Rapid Antigen Testing and Antibody Testing. At this time we do not offer PCR testing

  • Will my personal health information be released by Got Germs?

    No.

  • How long will it take to receive my results?

    Test results will be confirmed in 15 minutes. You will receive a paper copy and an email with your results.

  • Can I be tested if I have symptoms of Covid-19?

    No, we cannot complete rapid antigen testing on anyone who is currently symptomatic. Please contact 811 for more information.

  • Are Rapid Antigen Test results accepted for travel?

    It is your responsibility to understand the requirements of the airline and the country of your destination. Please contact the appropriate representatives prior to booking. If you have any questions please get in touch with us.

  • What is your availability?

    We have appointments available 7 days a week. 7:00am – 9:00 pm (Saskatchewan time zone).

  • What ages can be tested?

    Any person over 2 years of age requires a negative Covid rapid antigen result 1 day before international travel.

  • What does a Rapid Antigen Test entail?

    Rapid antigen tests detect the presence of proteins called antigens, which are present on the Covid-19 virus. Tests are much less invasive than the molecular (PCR) tests - the swab is only inserted into the base of both nostrils

  • What are the payment options?

    We accept all forms of payment. Square credit card payment (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover), Debit, E transfer, and cash.

  • What do I need to bring to my appointment?

    Travels tests require your passport and driver’s license.

  • Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

    A 2 hour minimum is required for cancelling appointments.
